About Penelope
Penelope is a young (1-2 yr old) female chihuahua and jack russell terrier mix, about 22 pounds. She spent most of her prior life on the end of a chain outside, without anyone to love her on a daily basis.
In foster care, she relished attention and lived with two children who picked her up and dragged her around. Penelope loves to snuggle, and she is a little thief who will steal clothing items and collect them in her crate. She does not chew them though; she's just a collector!!!
